**When we talk about buying property abroad, what do we really value most?**

Is it purely financial return, or are there other, perhaps even more important, forms of value that we often overlook?

My unique background gives me valuable insight into what drives lasting appeal and value in exclusive properties on country club resorts. Now working specifically with Las Colinas, I often see the focus initially placed on price and expected capital appreciation, which is perfectly natural.

Another key factor for many is the rental potential. With a relatively accessible entry price and solid demand for rentals in a popular location like Las Colinas, apartments such as those in Buganvilla, Citrus or Azahar can offer rental income potential, whether you want to rent occasionally or more regularly.

Key point

But what touches me most, and what I believe is a fundamentally undervalued aspect, is the "usable value."

Think about it: how many investments offer the joy of unforgettable experiences, quality time with family and friends, and the opportunity to create lifelong memories, year after year?

The joy and quality of life that comes with having your own place in the sun, a retreat where you can recharge and truly enjoy life at a world-class estate, is, in my eyes, priceless. Can you really put a price tag on memories like that?

For those considering Las Colinas, it’s about weighing all these aspects of value. Only you can determine what matters most. Regardless of your focus, be it investment, rental potential, or the outstanding lifestyle, there are still a few remaining properties that offer these benefits.
