My name is John Uppard, founder of Las Colinas Nordic AS. My passion is helping you realise the dream of an extraordinary life in Spain.

With over 35 years of experience, I bring a depth of expertise that becomes your assurance when considering property at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club.

My journey began on the golf course—as a professional player and later as a coach. I spent years on some of the world’s finest resorts, with a special focus on Spain. Along the way, I developed a deep understanding of what makes a resort truly successful—the details, the dynamics. This insight shaped my work on acclaimed golf developments like Hauger and Losby, where the goal was always to create world-class facilities and experiences.

Later, I led resort and real estate development for some of Norway’s most respected developers. I held key roles in prestigious destinations such as Kragerø Resort, Geilo, and Norefjell. Over the last decade, I’ve continued building on this foundation, now focused on business development within real estate and wellness.

This rare combination—from the precision of golf to the full scope of resort development—puts me in a unique position to guide you. Las Colinas was chosen with care. It became our own second home long before Las Colinas Nordic was founded and entrusted with the exclusive right to market these remarkable properties in Norway. We take that responsibility seriously.

Las Colinas Nordic AS is the exclusive and independent representative of properties at Las Colinas Golf & Country Club. Our role is to provide guidance, support, and personalised follow-up to clients. We have exclusivity for the Norwegian market.

All binding purchase agreements are entered into directly between the buyer and the Spanish developer, which is a legally and operationally separate company, independent of Las Colinas Nordic AS.
